Promoter: No Bad Days Skincare (“No Bad Days” or “the Promoter”).

1. Promotion period

The promotion opens at 09:00am NZST on Sunday 16 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on Sunday 30 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over with a valid New Zealand delivery address.

3. How to enter

To enter, make a purchase from No Bad Days Skincare during the Promotion Period either:

• through the No Bad Days Skincare website; or
• in person at the No Bad Days Skincare stand at the Women’s Lifestyle Expo (Hamilton) on 22-23 August 2026

Every eligible order placed during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw.

One eligible order equals one entry. Customers who place multiple eligible orders will receive one entry for each eligible order.

Cancelled, fraudulent or fully refunded orders will not be included in the draw.

4. Prize

There is one prize:

1 × Shark Glam Hot Tool Air Drying & Styling System (model HD6054SPK in Soft Pink, with a retail value of NZ$799.99)

The prize package includes:

5. Prize draw

The prize draw will take place at 6:00pm NZST on Monday 31 August 2026 after all eligible entries have been received.

One eligible order number will be selected at random using a computerised random selection method.

The customer associated with the selected order number will be the provisional winner, subject to confirmation that they meet these Terms & Conditions.

6. Winner notification

The provisional winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their order by 6:00pm NZST on Tuesday 1 September 2026.

The winner must respond within five calendar days of first being contacted.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted within that period or is not eligible under these Terms & Conditions, another eligible order will be selected at random.

Any redraw will take place at 6:00pm NZST on Monday 7 September 2026.
